This document introduces the features and characteristics of Vishay Semiconductors VLM.33.. series. The series products use (AS) AlInGaP technology and can be used on 8mm tapes. The package units are categorized by luminous intensity and color. The luminous intensity ratio of each package unit is less than 1.6. The thermal resistance is R = 400 K/W. The ESD-withstand voltage is up to 2 kV, and meets the JEDEC Level 2a preconditioning requirements. It is compatible with Reflow, vapor phase and wave solder processes, meets CECC 00802 and J-STD-020C requirements, meets RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC requirements, and meets AEC-Q101 19225 e3 standard.

The ADC101S051 is a low-power, single channel CMOS 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface.

PEG 220 is a new generation of high performance axial electrolytic capacitors, designed for automotive applications with extremely high demands. PEG 220 is an electrolytic capacitor with outstanding electrical performance. Polarized, all-welded design, tinned copper wire leads, negative pole connected to the case. The PEG 220 winding is housed in a cylindrical aluminium can with a high purity aluminium lid and a high quality rubber gasket. Low ESR is a result of a low resistive electrolyte/paper system and an all-welded design. Thanks to its mechanical robustness the PEG 220 is suitable for use in mobile and in aircraft installations, operation up to 150°C.

LT1078/LT1079 are micropower, dual and quad, single supply, precision op amps. They feature low supply current, low offset voltage, and low noise.

The LM2754 is an integrated low noise, high current switched capacitor DC/DC converter with four regulated current sinks. The device is optimized for driving 1 to 4 high power white LEDs in parallel with a maximum current of 800mA. Maximum efficiency is achieved over the input voltage range by actively selecting the proper gain based on the LED forward voltage and current requirements. Two external low power resistors set the desired current for Torch and Flash modes. The TX pin allows the device to be forced into Torch mode during a Flash pulse, allowing for synchronization between the RF power amplifier pulse and Flash/Torch modes. To protect the device and Flash LEDs, internal Time-Out circuitry turns off the LM2754 in case of a faulty prolonged Flash mode. Internal soft-start circuitry limits the amount of inrush current during start-up. The LM2754 is available in a small 24-pin thermally enhanced LLP package.

MCP434X/436X is a quad resistor network from Microchip, which provides potentiometer or rheostat configuration options, low temperature coefficient, non-volatile memory, high bandwidth, SPI serial interface, etc.

The 74HC123; 74HCT123 high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A. The 74HC123; 74HCT123 are dual retriggerable monostable multivibrators with output pulse width control by three methods: 1. The basic pulse time is programmed by selection of an external resistor (REXT) and capacitor (CEXT). 2. Once triggered, the basic output pulse width may be extended by retriggering the gated active LOW-going edge input (nA) or the active HIGH-going edge input (nB). By repeating this process, the output pulse period (nQ = HIGH, nQ = LOW) can be made as long as desired. Alternatively an output delay can be terminated at any time by a LOW-going edge on input nRD, which also inhibits the triggering. 3. An internal connection from nRD to the input gates makes it possible to trigger the circuit by a HIGH-going signal at input nRD as shown in the function table. Schmitt-trigger action in the nA and nB inputs, makes the circuit highly tolerant to slower input rise and fall times. The 74HC123; 74HCT123 is identical to the 74HC423; 74HCT423 but can be triggered via the reset input.
