The ADC14C105 is a 14-bit, 95/105 MSPS A/D converter

The LM5000 is a monolithic integrated circuit specifically designed and optimized for flyback, boost or forward power converter applications. The internal power switch is rated for a maximum of 80V, with a current limit set to 2A. Protecting the power switch are current limit and thermal shutdown circuits. The current mode control scheme provides excellent rejection of line transients and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. An external compensation pin and the built-in slope compensation allow the user to optimize the frequency compensation. Other distinctive features include softstart to reduce stresses during start-up and an external shutdown pin for remote ON/OFF control. There are two operating frequency ranges available. The LM5000-3 is pin selectable for either 300kHz (FS Grounded) or 700kHz (FS Open). The LM5000-6 is pin selectable for either 600kHz (FS Grounded) or 1.3MHz (FS Open). The device is available in a low profile 16-lead TSSOP package or a thermally enhanced 16-lead LLP package.

MCP2515 is a stand-alone Controller Area Network (CAN) transceiver/decoder from Microchip Technology. It implements the CAN V2.0B protocol and supports data transmission rates of up to 1 Mb/s. The device features two prioritized receive buffers, six 29-bit filters, two 29-bit masks, three transmit buffers with prioritization and abort features, as well as a high-performance SPI interface.

The AD8333 is a dual-phase shifter and I/Q demodulator with a frequency range of dc to 50 MHz. It features 16 phase select, phase accuracy of ±0.1°, and amplitude balance of ±0.05 dB. Applications include medical imaging, phased array systems, and communication receivers.

The LMV1012 is an audio amplifier series for small form factor electret microphones. This 2-wire portfolio is designed to replace the JFET amplifier currently being used. The LMV1012 series is ideally suited for applications requiring high signal integrity in the presence of ambient or RF noise, such as in cellular communications. The LMV1012 audio amplifiers are guaranteed to operate over a 2.2V to 5.0V supply voltage range with fixed gains of 7.8 dB, 15.6 dB, 20.9 dB, and 23.8 dB. The devices offer excellent THD, gain accuracy and temperature stability as compared to a JFET microphone. The LMV1012 series enables a two-pin electret microphone solution, which provides direct pin-to-pin compatibility with the existing JFET market. The devices are offered in extremely thin space saving 4-bump micro SMD packages. The LMV1012XP is designed for 1.0 mm canisters and thicker ECM canisters. These extremely miniature packages are designed for electret con- denser microphones (ECM) form factor.

The AD8302 is a fully integrated system for measuring gain/loss and phase up to 2.7 GHz

LTC1733 is a single-chip lithium-ion battery constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger with an on-chip power MOSFET. Internal thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. No external current sense resistor is needed and no blocking diode is required due to the internal MOSFET architecture. The charge current and charge time can be set externally with a single resistor and capacitor.

The MAX882/MAX883/MAX884 linear regulators maximize battery life by combining ultra-low supply currents and low dropout voltages. They feature 200mA output current capability at up to +125°C junction temperature and come in a 1.5W SOIC package. The 1.5W package (compared to 0.47W for standard SOIC packages) allows a wider operating range for the input voltage and output current. The MAX882/MAX883/MAX884 use a P-channel MOSFET pass transistor to maintain a low 11µA (15µA max) supply current from no-load to the full 200mA output. Unlike earlier bipolar regulators, there are no PNP base current losses that increase with output current. In dropout, the MOSFET does not suffer from excessive base currents that occur when PNP transistors go into saturation. Typical dropout voltages are 220mV at 5V and 200mA, or 320mV at 3.3V and 200mA. The MAX882 features a 7µA standby mode that disables the output but keeps the reference, low-battery comparator, and biasing circuitry alive. The MAX883/MAX884 feature a shutdown (OFF) mode that turns off all circuitry, reducing supply current to less than 1µA. All three devices include a low-battery-detection comparator, foldback current limiting, reverse-current protection, and thermal-overload protection. The output is preset at 3.3V for the MAX882/MAX884 and 5V for the MAX883. In addition, all devices employ Dual Mode™ operation, allowing user-adjustable outputs from 1.25V to 11V using external resistors.

The ADG1236 is a low leakage dual SPDT switch that utilizes the iCMOS process, supports ±15V/12V power, 1.3pF of switch OFF capacitance, 3.5pF of switch ON capacitance, 1pC of switch charge injection, 120Ω of switch resistance, and is suitable for automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample and hold systems, audio/video signal routing, and communication systems.
