The VCXO series 550 is a 14 pin DIP HCMOS / TTL output product with a wide voltage control range, 40/60% waveform symmetry, industry standard DIP 14 pin lead spacing and RoHS / lead free compatibility.

The AFL Series of DC/DC converters feature high power density with no derating over the full military temperature range. This series is offered as part of a complete family of converters providing single and dual output voltages and operating from nominal +28, +50, +120 or +270 volt inputs with output power ranging from 80 to 120 watts. For applications requiring higher output power, individual converters can be operated in parallel. The internal current sharing circuits assure equal current distribution among the paralleled converters. This series incorporates Advanced Analog’s proprietary magnetic pulse feedback technology providing optimum dynamic line and load regulation response. This feedback system samples the output voltage at the pulse width modulator fixed clock frequency, nominally 550 KHz. Multiple converters can be synchronized to a system clock in the 500 KHz to 700 KHz range or to the synchronization output of one converter. Undervoltage lockout, primary and secondary referenced inhibit, soft-start and load fault protection are provided on all models. These converters are hermetically packaged in two enclosure variations, utilizing copper core pins to minimize resistive DC losses. Three lead styles are available, each fabricated with Advanced Analog’s rugged ceramic lead-to-package seal assuring long term hermeticity in the most harsh environments.

The ADS8317 is a 16-bit, high-speed, low-power analog-to-digital converter (ADC) specified for a supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V. It requires very little power, even when operating at the full data rate. The ADS8317 offers excellent linearity and very low noise and distortion. It also features a synchronous serial interface and a differential input. The reference voltage can be set to any level within the range of 0.1V to VDD/2.

The 'FCT541 is an octal buffer and line driver with TRI-STATE outputs designed to be employed as a memory and address driver, clock driver, or bus-oriented transmitter/receiver. The 'FCT541 is similar to the 'FCT244 with broadside pinout.

MN54F189-X REV 1A0 is a 64-bit random access memory with 3-state outputs. The memory is organized as a 16-word by 4-bit array, address inputs are buffered to minimize loading and are fully decoded on-chip. Outputs are 3-state and are in the high impedance state whenever the Chip Select (CS) input is HIGH. Outputs are active only in the Read mode and the output data is the complement of the stored data.

The ADM709 is a power supply monitor that generates a system reset during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. When VCC falls below the reset threshold, RESET goes low and holds the µP in reset. On power-up the RESET output is held low for 140 ms after VCC rises above the thresh- old. The RESET output remains operational with VCC as low as the reset threshold.
