About this manual

The TPS799xx family consists of low-dropout (LDO) low-power linear regulators that offer excellent AC performance with very low ground current. These devices are stable with ceramic capacitors and utilize an advanced BiCMOS fabrication process to achieve a typical dropout voltage of 100mV at 200mA output.

The product is available in fixed output versions ranging from 1.2V to 4.5V via factory EEPROM programming, as well as adjustable outputs from 1.20V to 6.5V. It is offered in ThinSOT-23, WCSP, and SON-6 packages, making it ideal for wireless handsets and WLAN cards.
