M25Pxx is a 512Kbit to 32Mbit (2M x 8) Serial Flash Memory with advanced write protection mechanisms, accessed by a high-speed SPI-compatible bus. The memory can be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time, using the Page Program instruction. The memory is organized as a number of sectors, each containing 256 or 128 pages. Each page is 256 bytes wide. The whole memory can be erased using the Bulk Erase instruction, or a sector at a time, using the Sector Erase instruction.

This document introduces the products of BNC 50 ohm Amphenol® Caps & Accessories, including product dimensions, model, military standard, etc.

The ABT244 is an octal buffer and line driver with TRI-STATE outputs designed to be employed as a memory and address driver, clock driver or bus-oriented transmitter/receiver.

The LTC2606/LTC2616/LTC2626 are 16-/14-/12-bit rail-to-rail voltage output DACs with I2C interface. They have built-in high-performance output buffers and are guaranteed monotonic. These parts establish new board-density benchmarks for 16- and 14-bit DACs and advance performance standards for output drive and load regulation in single-supply, voltage-output DACs. The parts use a 2-wire, I2C compatible serial interface. The LTC2606/LTC2616/LTC2626 operate in both the standard mode (clock rate of 100kHz) and the fast mode (clock rate of 400kHz). An asynchronous DAC update pin (LDAC) is also included. The LTC2606/LTC2616/LTC2626 incorporate a power-on reset circuit. During power-up, the voltage outputs rise less than 10mV above zero scale; and after power-up, they stay at zero scale until a valid write and update take place. The power-on reset circuit resets the LTC2606-1/LTC2616-1/LTC2626-1 to midscale. The voltage outputs stay at midscale until a valid write and update take place.

The LTC ®1864/LTC1865 are 16-bit A/D converters that are offered in MSOP and SO-8 packages and operate on a single 5V supply. At 250ksps, the supply current is only 850µA. The supply current drops at lower speeds because the LTC1864/LTC1865 automatically power down between conversions. These 16-bit switched capacitor successive approximation ADCs include sample-and-holds. The LTC1864 has a differential analog input with an adjustable reference pin. The LTC1865 offers a software- selectable 2-channel MUX and an adjustable reference pin on the MSOP version. The 3-wire, serial I/O, small MSOP or SO-8 package and extremely high sample rate-to-power ratio make these ADCs ideal choices for compact, low power, high speed systems. These ADCs can be used in ratiometric applications or with external references. The high impedance analog inputs and the ability to operate with reduced spans down to 1V full scale, allow direct connection to signal sources in many applications, eliminating the need for external gain stages.

The LTC1775 is a synchronous step-down switching regulator controller that drives external N-channel power MOSFETs using few external components. It features current mode control, no sense resistor required, wide voltage range, and programmable fixed frequency, etc.

The LTC ®1668 is a 16-bit, 50Msps differential current output DAC implemented on a high performance BiCMOS process with laser trimmed, thin-film resistors. It features 87dB SFDR (spurious free dynamic range) for an output signal frequency of 1MHz. The DAC operates from ±5V supplies and can be configured to provide full-scale output currents up to 10mA.

5221199-5 is an active BNC RF connector from Amphenol. It is a jack and can be terminated to a coaxial cable. The coaxial cable termination type is crimp.

The LTC ®1603 is a 250ksps, 16-bit sampling A/D con- verter that draws only 220mW from ±5V supplies. This high performance device includes a high dynamic range sample-and-hold, a precision reference and a high speed parallel output. Two digitally selectable power shutdown modes provide power savings for low power systems.
