AD706 is a dual-channel low-power bipolar op amp that has the low input bias current of a BiFET amplifier, but which offers a significantly lower IB drift over temperature

1SV325 is a silicon epitaxial planar diode from TOSHIBA for TCXO/VCO applications. This diode has a high capacitance ratio (C1 V/C4 V = 4.3) and low series resistance (rs = 0.4 Ω), making it suitable for small size tuners.

1SV328 is a capacitor diode produced by Toshiba. It features high capacitance ratio and low series resistance, and is suitable for small-sized tuners.

1SV329 is a VCO produced by TOSHIBA company, which has the characteristics of high capacitance ratio and low series resistance, and is suitable for small size tuner.

Mimix Broadband's 34.0-46.0 GHz GaAs MMIC fundamental image reject mixer can be used as an up- or down-converter. The device has a conversion loss of 7.0 dB with a 20.0 dB image rejection across the band. I and Q mixer outputs are provided and an external 90 degree hybrid is required to select the desired sideband. This MMIC uses Mimix Broadband's 0.15 µm GaAs PHEMT device model technology, and is based upon electron beam lithography to ensure high repeatability and uniformity. The chip has surface passivation to protect and provide a rugged part with backside via holes and gold metallization to allow either a conductive epoxy or eutectic solder die attach process. This device is well suited for Millimeter-wave Point-to-Point Radio, LMDS, SATCOM and VSAT applications.

1SV331 is a variable capacitance diode produced by TOSHIBA. The product has the characteristics of small package, high capacitance ratio, low series resistance, maximum rated reverse voltage of 10V, forward leakage current of 100µA, and rated working temperature of -55~125°C

This is a document about the product XE9624FD.
