This document describes the specifications and characteristics of the 1SV249 PIN diode produced by SANYO Electric Co., Ltd. This PIN diode is suitable for VHF, UHF, and AGC applications, and features a very small package size, facilitating high-density mounting and allowing for smaller 1SV249-applied equipment. It also has small interterminal capacitance and small forward series resistance.

1SV250 is a PIN diode produced by SANYO. It is mainly used in VHF, UHF and AGC applications. It has the characteristics of small package, low reverse voltage, low reverse current and low series resistance.

1SV251 is a PIN diode produced by SANYO. It is suitable for VHF, UHF, and AGC applications. Its features are small-sized package facilitates high-density mounting and permits 1SV251-applied equipment to be made smaller. It also has small interterminal capacitance and small forward series resistance.

The UTC UR133/A is a 300/500mA fixed output voltage low dropout linear regulator. Wide range of available output voltage fits most of applications. Built-in output current-limiting and thermal-limiting provide maximal protection against any fault conditions.

AD5222 is a dual channel, 128-position, digitally controlled variable-resistor device. It can be used for audio level control, mechanical potentiometer replacement, remote incremental adjustment applications, instrumentation gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage-to-current conversion, and line impedance matching.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the 1SV263 PIN diode from SANYO Electric Co., Ltd., including its small size, low capacitance, and low forward series resistance.

SMSC USB2512i is a low power, OEM configurable, STT (Single transaction translator) hub controller IC with 2 downstream ports for embedded USB solutions.

µPD4664312-X is a low power, high speed 64M-bit CMOS mobile specified RAM from NEC

µPC4742 is a single-supply voltage, high-speed, wide-band, dual operational amplifier. Designed for single-supply operation from +3 V to +32 V with low supply current drain. By using high-speed PNP transistors for input and output circuits, excellent AC performance is achieved without degrading capacitive load drive capability. With no crossover distortion and wide output voltage range characteristics, the µPC4742 is optimum choice for single supply AC amplifier, and active filters.
