This document introduces the temperature test and adjustment method for the 61-310 meter. The meter uses a thermocouple to measure temperature, and the accuracy of the thermocouple ranges from 2% to 20% depending on the purity of the metals and construction. Although the accuracy of the thermocouple is not high, it can be compensated for by calibration under normal environmental conditions. This document introduces a method of using the freezing point and boiling point of water to calibrate the thermometer.
This document describes the calibration procedure for SureTest™ 164/165, including hot/neutral voltage verification and neutral/ground voltage verification.
Provide technical information on 61-160 series products, including safety information, specifications, performance test procedures, calibration and calibration adjustment procedures
This document is the technical manual of 61-096 Split Jaw Smart Meter, which introduces the product's specifications, maintenance, performance testing and calibration.
This document provides service information for the IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. technical models 61-484 and 61-486 multimeters. It includes precautions, specifications, basic maintenance, performance test procedures, calibration, and calibration adjustment procedures.
The document describes the features and characteristics of the IDEAL Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) Cable Stripping System. The STP system is a programmable bench top machine that accurately removes the outside jacket from shielded twisted pair cable. It addresses occupational ergonomic needs by offering an alternative to manual stripping methods known to have contributed to cumulative tissue trauma.
This document is a user manual for wireless connectors, which introduces the functions of disassembling, inserting, replacing blades, cutting and terminating, and provides multilingual user instructions.
30-682SM and 30-682SF are Ideal Industries' PowerPlug™ disconnect connectors for the 182S model. They are rated for 120V to 600V and 3A to 0.6A. The connector's wire insertion side is only rated for one-time use and must be removed from the terminal before re-connecting. The terminals can accept 18-22 AWG solid, 18 AWG (16 strands or less) stranded, and 18-22 AWG tin bonded copper wire. The connector's operating temperature range is -25°C to 105°C.
This document provides installation instructions for the PowerPlug™ Disconnect - Model 103, highlighting conductor installation, current and voltage limitations, and safety precautions.
PowerPlug™ Luminaire Disconnect - Model 102 is a current rated device. Use in applications involving amperage beyond its rating can be dangerous and cause electrical fires. The product is easy to install, and the power should be turned off before removing or installing the disconnect. Wiring must comply with electrical codes. The product is for one-time use only, and wires should not be removed or replaced. Safety precautions should be taken when installing electrical wiring.
