This application note describes how to use PWM hardware to generate a .WAV audio file. It is targeted for STR7/STR9 microcontroller users.

This document describes a software and hardware RFID interface using the STR71x I2C peripheral and the CRX14 RFID transceiver. The main purpose of this software and hardware package is to provide resources to assist the development of an application using an RFID tag. The software interface is composed of library source files, include files and some application template source files.

This application note demonstrates how to add audio playback to any application using a general-purpose ST7 microcontroller. The Audio player evaluation board reconstructs audio signals through the PWM of a ST7FLITES2 microcontroller and uses Serial Flash to store the audio data. The key features of the board include a 1% calibrated on-chip RC oscillator and LVD (Low Voltage Detector).

This document describes how to migrate from RS232-only applications to RS232/USB applications using Turbo Plus uPSD. Turbo Plus uPSD has two UART ports, one of which is used for the USB-to-Serial Bridge connection. The goal is to implement an easy migration with minimal impact on legacy applications.

STP08CDC596 is a high-brightness LED driver from ST. It has a full output error detection function, which can be used to check the output status through software.

This application note provides an overview of the hardware implementation of the STR75x development board features, such as the power supply, clock management, reset control, boot mode settings, and debug management. It shows how to use the STR75x product family and describes the minimum hardware resources required to develop an STR75x application. Detailed reference design schematics are also contained in this document with descriptions of the main components, interfaces, and modes.

This application note describes the features of the SystemMemory boot mode developed for STR75x Flash microcontrollers providing all the basic functionality to support the programming of the embedded Flash. As well as the general features, this document also covers the specific features of the UART boot mode.

This application note describes a low-cost PMAC motor drive system using the ST7FLITE35 microcontroller and STS8C5H30L complementary MOSFETs. It is suitable for PMAC motors up to 12V-50W. The document provides reference schematics, firmware library, and convenient functions for sinusoidal waveform generation, synchronization mechanism, and closed-loop control of PMAC motors.
