XP131A1330SR is an N-channel power MOSFET from ON Semiconductor. It has low on-state resistance and ultra high-speed switching characteristics. It can be used in notebook PCs, cellular and portable phones, on-board power supplies, Li-ion battery systems, etc.

The XP131A1235SR is an N-channel Power MOSFET with low on-state resistance and ultra high-speed switching characteristics. Because high-speed switching is possible, the IC can be efficiently set thereby saving energy. The small SOP-8 package makes high density mounting possible.

The XC9210 is a synchronous PWM, PWM/PFM controller designed for low voltage step-down DC/DC converter applications. High efficiency is obtained through the use of a synchronous rectification topology. Efficiencies are maximized by using the low RDSon N-Channel MOSFET switch which replaces the catch diode used in standard buck circuits. The operation of the XC9210 series can be switched between PWM and PWM/PFM externally using the MODE pin. In PWM/PFM mode the XC9210 automatically switches from PWM to PFM during light loads and high efficiencies can be achieved over a wide range of load conditions. Output noise is reduced in PWM operation as the frequency is fixed. The XC9210 has an 0.9V (±2.0%) internal voltage, and using externally connected components, the output voltage can be set freely between 0.9V to 6.0V. With an internal switching frequency of 300kHz and 180kHz (custom) smaller, low cost external components can also be used. Soft-start time is internally set to 10msec offering protection against in-rush currents during start-up and preventing voltage overshoot.

XC9206/XC9207/XC9208 series is a group of DC/DC converters with a built-in 0.4Ω P-channel driver transistor, offered in a SOT-25 package. The ICs are designed to provide high efficiencies and a stable power supply with an output current of 500mA using only a coil, a diode and two ceramic capacitors connected externally. Minimum operating voltage of the XC9206/9207 is 1.8V and 2.0V for XC9208. Output voltage is internally programmable in a range from 0.9V to 4.0V in 100mV increments (accuracy: ±2.0%). Oscillation frequency is selectable from 300kHz, 600kHz and 1.2MHz so that the frequency best suited to your particular application can be selected. Each series features different operation modes: PWM control (XC9206 series), automatic PWM/PFM switching control (XC9207 series) and manual PWM/PFM switching control (XC9208 series). The series gives fast transient response, low ripple and high efficiency over the full range of load (from light load to high output current conditions). The XC62RP series are highly precise, low power consumption, positive voltage regulators, for voltage reference source, manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. SOT-23 (150mW), SOT-89 (500mW) and TO-92 (300mW) packages are available.

The XC62G series are highly precise, low power consumption positive voltage regulators, manufactured using CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The series achieves high output currents, with low input- output voltage differentials, and consists of a high precision voltage reference, an error amplifier and power MOSFET, suitable for applications such as battery-powered equipment, cellular phone supplies, cameras, video recorders and palmtops.

The XC62FP series is a group of positive voltage output, three-pin regulators, that provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. The XC62FP consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver. Transient response to load variations have improved in comparison to the existing series. SOT-23 (150mW), SOT-89 (500mW) and TO-92 (300mW) packages are available. The XC6209/XC6212 series are highly precise, low noise, positive voltage LDO regulators manufactured using CMOS processes. The series achieves high ripple rejection and low dropout and consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. Output voltage is selectable in 50mV increments within a range of 0.9V ~ 6.0V. The series is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors which give added output stability. This stability can be maintained even during load fluctuations due to the excellent transient response of the series. The current limiter's foldback circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin. The CE function enables the output to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.
