Fast Analysis of Zanthoxylum nitidum Using Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-18 Columns

This paper introduces the influence of silica particle size and pore size on insulin separation. The results show that a larger pore size and a smaller particle size lead to better separation of insulin. Agilent Poroshell 120 column with pore size (120Å) and superficially porous particle size (2.7µm) is the best choice for insulin analysis.

This application note demonstrates the analysis of acetone, methanol, and ethanol in air using the Agilent 490 Micro GC equipped with a CP-Wax 52 CB column channel. The Agilent 490 Micro GC offers ease-of-use and fast analysis, providing results in less than 30 seconds.
