The ADC081C021/ADC081C027 is an I2C-compatible, 8-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with Alert Function. It features low power consumption, single supply, high accuracy, high resolution, high speed, and small package.

The DAC0808 is a 8-bit D/A converter produced by National Semiconductor Corporation, with a relative accuracy of ±0.19%, full scale current matching of ±1 LSB, a fast settling time of 150 ns, and non-inverting digital inputs compatible with TTL and CMOS.

The LM2787 is a CMOS negative regulated switched capacitor voltage inverter that provides a very low noise adjustable output for devices with an input voltage in the range of +2.7V to +5.5V. This product uses four low-cost capacitors to provide up to 10mA of output current. The regulated output for the LM2787 is adjustable between -1.5V and -5.2V. The LM2787 operates at a switching frequency of 260kHz (typical) to reduce output resistance and voltage ripple. With an operating current of only 400µA (charge pump power efficiency greater than 90% with most loads) and 0.05µA typical shutdown current, the LM2787 is ideal for cellular phone power amplifier bias and other low current, low noise negative voltage needs. The device comes in small 8-Bump micro SMD and thin micro SMD packages.

LP3985 is a micropower, 150mA low-noise ultra low-dropout CMOS voltage regulator designed for portable and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It delivers ultra low noise, extremely low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current optimized for battery powered systems. It has good power supply rejection and is suitable for low input voltage levels common to battery operated circuits. It is an ideal choice for mobile phone and similar battery powered wireless applications.

The LP3950 is a color LED driver with a built-in audio synchronization feature for any analog audio input such as polyphonic ring tones and MP3 music. LEDs can be synchronized to an audio signal with two methods - amplitude and frequency. Also several fine tuning options are available for differentiation purposes. The chip also has an unique AGC (Automatic Gain Control) feature which tracks the input signal level and automatically adjusts the gain to an optimal value. The LP3950 has a high efficiency magnetic DC/DC converter with programmable output voltage and switching frequency. The converter has high output current capability so it is also able to drive flash LEDs in camera phone applications. The LP3950 is similar to LP3933 and LP3936 in that the color LEDs (or RGB LEDs) can also be programmed to generate light patterns (programmable color, intensity, on/off timing, slope and blinking cycle). All functions are software controllable through a SPI or I2C compatible interface but the device also supports one pin control for enabling predefined (default) audio synchronization mode.

The LM3671 is a 2MHz, 600mA step-down DC-DC converter from TI. It is optimized for powering low voltage circuits from a single Li-Ion cell battery and input voltage rails from 2.7V to 5.5V. It provides up to 600mA load current, over the entire input voltage range. There are several different fixed voltage output options avail- able as well as an adjustable output voltage version range from 1.1V to 3.3V. The device offers superior features and performance for mo- bile phones and similar portable systems. Automatic intelli- gent switching between PWM low-noise and PFM low-current mode offers improved system control. During PWM mode, the device operates at a fixed-frequency of 2 MHz (typ.). Hys- teretic PFM mode extends the battery life by reducing the quiescent current to 16 µA (typ.) during light load and standby operation. Internal synchronous rectification provides high ef- ficiency during PWM mode operation. In shutdown mode, the device turns off and reduces battery consumption to 0.01 µA (typ.). The LM3671 is available in SOT23-5, tiny 5-bump micro SMD and a 6-pin LLP packages in leaded (PB) and lead-free (NO PB) versions. A high switching frequency of 2 MHz (typ.) al- lows use of tiny surface-mount components. Only three ex- ternal surface-mount components, an inductor and two ceramic capacitors, are required.

The LMV225/LMV226/LMV228 are 30dB RF power detectors intended for use in CDMA and WCDMA applications. The device has an RF frequency range from 450 MHz to 2 GHz. It provides an accurate temperature and supply compensated output voltage that relates linearly to the RF input power in dBm. The circuit operates with a single supply from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LMV225/LMV226/LMV228 have an integrated filter for low-ripple average power detection of CDMA signals with 30 dB dynamic range. Additional filtering can be applied using a single external capacitor. The LMV225 has an RF power detection range from –30 dBm to 0 dBm and is ideally suited for direct use in combination with resistive taps. The LMV226/LMV228 have a detection range from –15 dBm to 15 dBm and are intended for use in combination with a directional coupler. The LMV226 is equipped with a buffered output which makes it suitable for GSM, EDGE, GPRS and TDMA applications. The device is active for Enable = HI, otherwise it is in a low power consumption shutdown mode. During shutdown, the output will be LOW. The output voltage ranges from 0.2V to 2V and can be scaled down to meet ADC input range requirements. The LMV225/LMV226/LMV228 power detectors are offered in the small 1.0 mm x 1.0 mm X 0.6 mm micro SMD package.

LM317L 3-Terminal Adjustable Regulator General Description

The LP2980 is a 50 mA, fixed-output voltage regulator designed specifically to meet the requirements of battery-powered applications. It delivers unmatched performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs using an optimized VIP™ process.

The LM4674 is a single supply, high efficiency, 2.5W/channel, filterless switching audio amplifier. A low noise PWM architecture eliminates the output filter, reducing external component count, board area consumption, system cost, and simplifying design. The LM4674 is designed to meet the demands of mobile phones and other portable communication devices. Operating from a single 5V supply, the device is capable of delivering 2.5W/channel of continuous output power to a 4Ω load with less than 10% THD+N. Flexible power supply requirements allow operation from 2.4V to 5.5V. The LM4674 features high efficiency compared to conventional Class AB amplifiers. When driving an 8Ω speaker from a 3.6V supply, the device features 85% efficiency at PO = 500mW. Four gain options are pin selectable through the G0 and G1 pins. Output short circuit protection prevents the device from being damaged during fault conditions. Superior click and pop suppression eliminates audible transients on power-up/down and during shutdown. Independent left/right shutdown control maximizes power savings in mixed mono/stereo applications.

The LP3990 is a 150mA linear voltage regulator for digital applications. It provides a 0.8V to 3.3V output voltage with 1% output voltage accuracy and 150mA output current.
