LMH6682/6683 is a high performance single supply op amp from National Semiconductor, with a bandwidth of 190MHz, a slew rate of 940V/µsec, and an accuracy of ±0.01%.

The LMH6678 is a low power 2-channel central-office xDSL driver that uses dual current feedback op amps to achieve a fixed gain of AV = +5.4, with high integration and low power consumption. It can provide 580 mW at 19.8 dBm line output power. The LMH6678 can also be put into a listen mode to maintain the termination for receive signals with 100 mW/Ch power dissipation. The LMH6678 has two separate 2-bit power control inputs compatible with 3.3V CMOS for each channel, which enable independent control of line status. When the drivers for both channels are shut off, power consumption drops to only 6 mW. Thermal Shutdown function protects the IC from a shorted line fault or system over temperature. The LMH6678 is available in a 5mm x 4mm 24-lead LLP package.

The LMH6672 is a dual high speed op amp from Texas Instruments that has the ability to drive signals within 1V of the power supply rails. It features the high output drive with low distortion required for the demanding application of a single supply xDSL line driver.

The LMS75ALS176A is a bidirectional data communications transceiver from TI that meets ANSI standards TIA/EIA RS422-B, TIA/ EIA RS485-A and ITU recommendation V.11 and X.27. It combines a TRI-STATE™ differential line driver and differential input receiver, both of which operate from a single 5.0V power supply. The driver and receiver have an active high and active low enable, respectively, that can be externally connected to function as a direction control. The driver and receiver differential inputs are internally connected to form differential input/output (I/O) bus ports that are designed to offer minimum loading to bus whenever the driver is disabled or when VCC = 0V. These ports feature wide positive and negative common mode voltage ranges, making the device suitable for multipoint applications in noisy environments.

LMH6642EP/LMH6643EP/LMH6644EP are Bosch enhanced plastic low power, 130MHz, 75mA rail-to-rail output amplifiers. Compared with existing devices with similar performance, this product family offers high speed (130MHz), low distortion (-62dBc), and exceptionally high output current (approximately 75mA) at low cost and with reduced power consumption. Input common mode voltage range extends to 0.5V below V- and 1V from V+. The LMH6628 is a high-speed dual op amp from National that offers a traditional voltage feedback topology featuring unity-gain stability and slew-enhanced circuitry. The LMH6628's low noise and very low harmonic distortion combine to form a very wide dynamic range op amp that operates from a single (5 to 12V) or dual (+5V) power supply. Each of the LMH6628's closely matched channels provides a 300MHz unity gain bandwidth and low input voltage noise density (2nV/SqRtHz). Low 2nd/3rd harmonic distortion (-65/-74dBc at 10MHz) makes the LMH6628 a perfect wide dynamic-range amplifier for matched I/Q channels. With its fast and accurate settling (12ns to 0.1%), the LMH6628 is also an excellent choice for wide dynamic range, anti-aliasing filters to buffer the inputs of hi resolution analog-to-digital converters. Combining the LMH6628's two tightly matched amplifiers in a single package reduces cost and board space for many composite amplifier applications such as active filters, differential line drivers/receivers, fast peak detectors and instrumentation amplifiers. The LMH6628 is fabricated using National's VIP 10 (TM) comlimentary bipolar process.

LMH6624/LMH6626 offer wide bandwidth (1.5GHz for single, 1.3GHz for dual) with very low input noise (0.92nV/ , 2.3pA/ ) and ultra low dc errors (100µV VOS, ±0.1µV/˚C drift) providing very precise operational amplifiers with wide dynamic range. The LMH6622 is a dual high speed voltage feedback operational amplifier specifically optimized for low noise. It has a voltage noise specification of 1.6nV/, a current noise specification of 1.5pA/, a bandwidth of 160MHz, and a harmonic distortion specification that exceeds 90dBc, making it an ideal choice for the receive channel amplifier in ADSL, VDSL, or other xDSL designs. The LMH6622 operates from ±2.5V to ±6V in dual supply mode and from +5V to +12V in single supply configuration. The LMH6622 is stable for AV ≥ 2 or AV ≤ −1. The fabrication of the LMH6622 on National Semiconductor’s advanced VIP10 process enables excellent (160MHz) bandwidth at a current consumption of only 4.3mA/amplifier.
