The LM1896 is a high performance 6V stereo power amplifier designed to deliver 1 watt per channel into 4X or 2 watts bridged monaural into 8X. Utilizing a unique patented compensation scheme, the LM1896 is ideal for sensitive AM radio applications. This new circuit technique exhibits lower wideband noise, lower distortion, and less AM radiation than conventional designs. The amplifier’s wide supply range (3V–9V) is ideal for battery operation. For higher supplies (VS > 9V), the LM2896 is available in an 11-lead single-in-line package. The LM2896 package has been redesigned, resulting in slightly degraded thermal characteristics shown in Figure 2.

LMH6609 is an ultra wideband, unity gain stable, low power, voltage feedback op amp that offers 900MHz bandwidth at a gain of 1, 1400V/µs slew rate and 90mA of linear output current. The LMH6609 is designed with voltage feedback architecture for maximum flexibility especially for active filters and integrators. The LMH6609 has balanced, symmetrical inputs with well-matched bias currents and minimal offset voltage. With Differential Gain of .01 and Differential Phase of .026 the LMH6609 is suited for video applications. The 90mA of linear output current makes the LMH6609 suitable for multiple video loads and cable driving applications as well. The recommended supply voltage range of 6V to 12V and is specified at 6.6 and 10V. A low supply current of 7mA (at 10V supply) makes the LMH6609 useful in a wide variety of platforms, including portable or remote equipment that must run from battery power. The LMH6609 is available in the industry standard 8-pin SOIC package and in the space-saving 5-pin SOT package. The LMH6609 is specified for operation over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The LMH6609 is manufactured in National Semiconductor’s state-of-the-art VIP10™ technology for high performance.

The DS90C3202 is a 3.3V single/dual FPD-Link 10-bit color receiver designed for use in Liquid Crystal Display TVs, LCD Monitors, Digital TVs, and Plasma Display Panel TVs. It interfaces between the digital video processor and the display device using the low-power, low-EMI LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) interface. The DS90C3202 converts up to ten LVDS data streams back into 70 bits of parallel LVCMOS/LVTTL data. The receiver can be programmed with rising edge or falling edge clock. Optional two-wire serial programming allows fine tuning in development and production environments. With an input clock at 135 MHz, the maximum transmission rate of each LVDS line is 945 Mbps, for an aggregate throughput rate of 9.45 Gbps (945 Mbytes/s). This allows the dual 10-bit LVDS Receiver to support resolutions up to HDTV.

DS16EV5110 is a video equalizer (3D+C) for DVI, HDMI sink-side applications, optimized for operation between 250Mbps and 2.25Gbps with common applications at 1.65Gbps and 2.25Gbps (per data channel).

The LM5111 is a dual 5A compound gate driver from TI. It integrates MOS and bipolar transistors and can independently drive two N-channel MOSFETs. The device has a 5A sink/3A source current capability and can be operated in parallel to double the drive current capability. Additionally, it features TTL-compatible independent inputs, fast propagation times (typical 25ns), fast rise and fall times (14ns/12ns rise/fall, load 2nF), supply rail under-voltage lockout protection (UVLO), LM5111-4 UVLO configured to drive PFET through OUT_A and NFET through OUT_B and pin compatibility with industry standard gate drivers.

The LM5110 is a dual 5A compound gate driver with negative output voltage capability. It can independently drive two N-channel MOSFETs and uses a composite CMOS and bipolar transistor array for output driving. The current drive capacity can reach 5A peak and can drive low threshold MOSFETs. It also has undervoltage lockout protection and a shutdown input pin. The device uses SOIC-8 and LLP-10 packages.

DS90CR483A / DS90CR484A is a 48-bit LVDS channel link SER/DES chip that supports a working frequency of 33-112MHz. It can convert 48 bits of CMOS/TTL data into 8 LVDS data streams and transmit a phase-locked transmit clock over the ninth LVDS link. The use of this chipset can significantly reduce the number of cables, reduce system costs, and reduce the physical size and cost of connectors.

The LM2756 is a highly integrated, switched-capacitor, multi-display LED driver that can drive up to 8 LEDs in parallel with a total output current of 180mA. Regulated internal current sources deliver excellent current and brightness matching in all LEDs. The LED driver current sinks are split into three independently controlled groups. The primary group (Group A) can be configured to drive four, five or six LEDs for use in the main phone display, while the secondary group (Group B) can be configured to drive one, two or three LEDs for driving secondary displays, keypads and/or indicator LEDs. An additional driver, D1C, is provided for additional indicator lighting functions. The device provides excellent efficiency without the use of an inductor by operating the charge pump in a gain of 3/2 or in Pass-Mode. The proper gain for maintaining current regulation is chosen, based on LED forward voltage, so that efficiency is maximized over the input voltage range. The LM2756 is available in National’s tiny 20-bump, 0.4mm pitch, thin micro SMD package.
