The LMX2314 and LMX2315 are high performance frequency synthesizers with integrated prescalers designed for RF operation up to 1.2 GHz. They are fabricated using National's ABiC IV BiCMOS process. The LMX2314 and LMX2315 contain dual modulus prescalers which can select either a 64-65 or a 128-129 divide ratio at input frequencies of up to 1.2 GHz. Using a proprietary digital phase locked loop technique, the LMX2314-15's linear phase detector characteristics can generate very stable, low noise local oscillator signals. Serial data is transferred into the LMX2314 and the LMX2315 via a three line MICROWIRE interface (Data, Enable, Clock). Supply voltage can range from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LMX2314 and the LMX2315 feature very low current consumption, typically 6 mA at 3V. The LMX2314 is available in a JEDEC 16-pin surface mount plastic package. The LMX2315 is available in a TSSOP 20-pin surface mount plastic package.

The LMX2305 is a high performance frequency synthesizer designed for RF operation up to 550 MHz. It uses digital phase lock loop technique, combined with a high quality reference oscillator and a loop filter, to provide the tuning voltage for the voltage controlled oscillator and generate a very stable, low noise local oscillator signal.
The LMX2301 is a high performance frequency synthesizer designed for RF operation up to 160 MHz. It is fabricated using National's ABiC IV BiCMOS process. The LMX2301 employs the digital phase lock loop technique, combined with a high quality reference oscillator and a loop filter, to provide the tuning voltage for the voltage controlled oscillator and generate a very stable, low noise local oscillator signal. Serial data is transferred into the LMX2301 via a three line MICROWIRE interface (Data, Enable, Clock). The supply voltage can range from 2.7V to 5.5V. The LMX2301 features very low current consumption, typically 2 mA at 3V. It is available in a TSSOP 20-pin surface mount plastic package.

The LMX2119 1.9 GHz Power Amplifier is a monolithic integrated power amplifier suitable for use in the Digital European Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) system as well as other mobile telephony and wireless communications applications. It is fabricated using an advanced Gallium Arsenide technology that allows single supply (3V) operation. The LMX2119 consists of two MESFETs cascaded to provide 24.5 dB of power gain. The output power at 3.6V is 26.5 dBm with an input power level of 2 dBm. The input VSWR of the power amplifier remains constant in the ON and OFF state. The LMX2119 is available in a 16-pin SOIC surface mount plastic package.

The LMP8272 and LMP8277 are differential amplifiers with high common mode voltage and a gain of 14. They can detect, amplify, and filter small differential signals in the presence of high common mode voltages. The gain is fixed at 14, which is sufficient to drive an ADC to full scale. The amplifier consists of two stages: a pre-amplifier with a gain of +7 and a second stage amplifier with a gain of +2.
The LMP8270 and LMP8275 are fixed gain differential amplifiers with a -2V to 27V input common mode voltage range and a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V. These precision amplifiers can detect, amplify, and filter small differential signals in the presence of high common mode voltages. The fixed gain of 20 is sufficient to drive an ADC to full scale in most cases. The LMP8270 and LMP8275 consist of a preamplifier with a fixed gain of 10 and an amplifier with a fixed gain of 2, resulting in an overall fixed gain of 20. The internal signal path between these two stages is brought out on two pins, A1 and A2, which provide a connection for a filter network. The LMP8270 and LMP8275 can operate with reduced specifications over the extended common mode input voltage range of -5V to 36V, making them suitable for load dump applications in automotive systems.
