The LM9022 is a National Semiconductor product that is a vacuum fluorescent display filament driver. It is capable of delivering 2 watts of continuous average power into a 10 ohm filament load when powered by a 5V power supply. The LM9022's micropower shutdown mode (IQ = 0.6µA, typical) is activated when VDD is applied to the SHUTDOWN pin, which can be used to conserve power in portable applications. Additional LM9022 features include thermal shutdown protection, unity-gain stability, and external gain set.
The LM5118 is a wide voltage range Buck-Boost controller from TI that uses the minimum external components to achieve high performance and high cost-effective Buck-Boost regulator. When the input voltage is less than the output voltage, the LM5118 operates in Buck mode, and when the input voltage is greater than the output voltage, the LM5118 operates in Buck-Boost mode. The LM5118 integrates high side and low side MOSFET drivers, supports current mode control, and provides overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown and enable input protection functions.
The LM20323 is a 36V, 3A synchronous buck regulator from TI that operates at a frequency of up to 500kHz. The device uses current mode control and requires only two external components for compensation, providing both high performance and ease of use. LM20323's input voltage range is 4.5V to 36V, making it suitable for high voltage systems. The device features internal overvoltage protection (OVP) and overcurrent protection (OCP) circuits to improve system reliability. A precision enable pin and integrated UVLO allow the device to be tightly controlled and sequenced during startup. Startup inrush currents are limited by both an internally fixed and externally adjustable soft-start circuit. Fault detection and supply sequencing are possible with the integrated power good (PGOOD) circuit. LM20323 is designed to perform well in multi-rail power supply architectures. Using the SS/TRK pin, the device's output voltage can be configured to track a higher voltage power rail. If the LM20323 is pre-biased at startup, it will not sink current to pull the output low until the internal soft-start ramp exceeds the voltage at the feedback pin. LM20323 is offered in an exposed pad 20-pin eTSSOP package that can be directly soldered to the PCB, eliminating the need for bulky heatsinks.
LMH6555 is a low distortion 1.2GHz differential driver with 53dB SFDR at 750MHz. The device features a fixed gain of 13.7dB, an input to the device allows the output common mode voltage to be set independent of the input common mode voltage in order to simplify the interface to high speed differential input ADCs. A unique architecture allows the device to operate as a fully differential driver or as a single-ended to differential converter. The outstanding linearity and drive capability (100Ω differential load) of this device are a perfect match for driving high speed analog-to-digital converters. When combined with the ADC081000/ ADC081500 (single or dual ADC), the LMH6555 forms an excellent 8-bit data acquisition system with analog bandwidths exceeding 750MHz.
The product is a 3.125Gbps LVDS buffer with receive equalization, which is optimized for high-speed signal transmission over lossy FR-4 printed circuit board backplanes and balanced metallic cables.
The LM20343 is a 36V, 3A adjustable frequency synchronous buck regulator with high performance and ease of use. The device is optimized to work over the input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, making it well suited for high voltage systems. The device features internal Over Voltage Protection (OVP) and Over Current Protection (OCP) circuits for increased system reliability. A precision Enable pin and integrated UVLO allows the turn on of the device to be tightly controlled and sequenced. Startup inrush currents are limited by both an internally fixed and externally adjustable soft-start circuit. Fault detection and supply sequencing are possible with the integrated power good (PGOOD) circuit. By connecting an external resistor from the RT pin to ground, the frequency of this device can be adjusted from 250 kHz to 1.0 MHz. The LM20343 is designed to work well in multi-rail power supply architectures. The output voltage of the device can be configured to track a higher voltage rail using the SS/TRK pin. If the output of the LM20343 is pre-biased at startup, it will not sink current to pull the output low until the internal soft-start ramp exceeds the voltage at the feedback pin. The LM20343 is offered in an exposed pad 20-pin eTSSOP package that can be soldered.
LMH7220 is a high speed, low power comparator from National Semiconductor Corporation. It has a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V and an output voltage of 325 mV. It can drive a 100Ω symmetrical transmission line. LMH7220 has a propagation delay of 2.9 ns, rise and fall times of 0.6 ns, and a supply current of only 6.8 mA. It has a voltage range of 200 mV below ground, making it suitable for ground sensing applications. LMH7220 is available in both 6-pin SOT and SC-70 packages.
LM9076 is a ±3%, 150mA logic controlled voltage regulator. The regulator features an active low delayed reset output flag which can be used to reset a microprocessor system at turn-ON and in the event that the regulator output voltage falls below a minimum value. Designed for automotive and industrial applications, the LM9076 contains a variety of protection features such as thermal shutdown, input transient protection and a wide operating temperature range. The LM9076 uses a PNP pass transistor which allows low drop-out voltage operation.
