The DS25BR440 is a 3.125 Gbps Quad LVDS buffer opti- mized for high-speed signal routing and repeating over lossy FR-4 printed circuit board backplanes and balanced cables.

The LM3224 is a step-up DC/DC converter from National Semiconductor with a 0.15Ω (typ.), 2.45A (typ.) internal switch and pin selectable operating frequency. With the ability to convert 3.3V to multiple outputs of 8V, -8V, and 23V, the LM3224 is an ideal part for biasing TFT displays. The LM2673 series is a monolithic integrated circuit that provides all of the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator capable of driving up to 3A loads with excellent line and load regulation characteristics. High efficiency (>90%) is obtained through the use of a low ON-resistance DMOS power switch. The series consists of fixed output voltages of 3.3V, 5V and 12V and an adjustable output version. The SIMPLE SWITCHER concept provides for a complete design using a minimum number of external components. A high fixed frequency oscillator (260KHz) allows the use of physically smaller sized components. The ability to reduce the input surge current at power-ON by adding a softstart timing capacitor to gradually turn on the regulator. The LM2673 series also has built-in thermal shutdown and resistor programmable current limit of the power MOSFET switch to protect the device and load circuitry under fault conditions. The output voltage is guaranteed to a ±2% tolerance. The clock frequency is controlled to within a ±11% tolerance.

The LM4879 1.1 Watt Audio Power Amplifier is a high performance audio power amplifier specifically designed for demanding applications in mobile phones and other portable communication device applications. It can deliver 1.1 watt of continuous average power to an 8Ω BTL load with less than 1% distortion (THD+N) from a 5VDC power supply.

The LM94023 is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor that operates at a supply voltage as low as 1.5 Volts. It has a dual-gain structure and class AB output, suitable for driving heavy loads. It operates over a wide temperature range of -50°C to +150°C, delivering an output voltage inversely proportional to measured temperature. It has low supply current, making it ideal for battery-powered systems and general temperature sensing applications. The gain of the temperature-to-voltage output transfer function can be set using the gain select pin.

The CP3BT10 is a reprogrammable connectivity processor with Bluetooth® and USB interfaces from National Semiconductor Corporation. It can be used for embedded Bluetooth applications. The processor integrates a powerful RISC core, SRAM and Flash memory, which provides high computing bandwidth. It also integrates communication peripherals such as Bluetooth Lower Link Controller, USB, ACCESS.bus, Microwire/SPI, UART and Advanced Audio Interface (AAI), which provides high I/O bandwidth. In addition, the processor integrates DMA controller, CVSD/PCM conversion module, Timing and Watchdog Unit, Versatile Timer Unit, Multi-Function Timer and Multi-Input Wakeup.

The USBN9603/4 are integrated USB Node controllers with enhanced DMA support. They are compatible with USB specification versions 1.0 and 1.1, and are advanced versions of the USBN9602. The devices integrate the required USB transceiver, a 3.3V regulator, a Serial Interface Engine (SIE), USB endpoint (EP) FIFOs, a versatile 8-bit parallel interface, a clock generator, and a MICROWIRE/PLUS™ interface. Seven endpoint pipes are supported, including one for the mandatory control endpoint and six for interrupt, bulk, and isochronous endpoints. Each endpoint pipe has a dedicated FIFO, with 8 bytes for the control endpoint and 64 bytes for the other endpoints. The 8-bit parallel interface supports multiplexed and non-multiplexed style CPU address/data buses. A programmable interrupt output scheme allows device configuration for different interrupt signaling requirements.

The LM3410 is a high frequency constant current LED driver from TI. It features a high switching frequency (525kHz or 1.6MHz), low standby current, small package size and high efficiency. LM3410 is suitable for applications such as LED backlight, LiIon backlight OLED and HB LED driver, handheld devices and LED flash driver.

The MM5483 is a liquid crystal display driver chip that can drive up to 31 segments of LCD and can be cascaded to increase this number. This chip is also capable of driving a 41⁄2-digit 7-segment display with minimal interface between the display and the data source. The MM5483 stores the display data in latches after it is latched in, and holds the data until another load pulse is received.
