The TUSB6020 is a USB 2.0 high-speed On-the-Go dual-role controller, featuring a USB On-the-Go controller core and an integrated USB 2.0 OTG PHY. It can operate either as a function controller for a USB peripheral or as the host/peripheral in point-to-point communications. The product is fully compliant with the USB 2.0 standard and USB 2.0 transceiver macrocell interface, supporting optimized one-port operation at low speed (1.5 Mbps), full speed (12 Mbps), and high speed (480 Mbps). The AM26LV32E is a low-voltage high-speed quadruple differential line receiver with ±15 kV IEC ESD protection from Texas Instruments. It meets or exceeds TIA/EIA-422-B standard and ITU Recommendation V.11, has a single-chip package, and is powered by a single 3.3-V supply. It supports a working temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and supports partial power-down mode operation.

The DRV593 and DRV594 are high-efficiency, high-current power amplifiers ideal for driving a wide variety of thermoelectric cooler elements in systems powered from 2.8 V to 5.5 V. The operation of the device requires only one inductor and capacitor for the output filter, saving significant printed-circuit board area. Pulse-width modulation (PWM) operation and low output stage on-resistance significantly decrease power dissipation in the amplifier. The DRV593 and DRV594 are internally protected against thermal and current overloads. Logic-level fault indicators signal when the junction temperature has reached approximately 115°C to allow for system-level shutdown before the amplifier’s internal thermal shutdown circuitry activates. The fault indicators also signal when an overcurrent event has occurred. If the overcurrent circuitry is tripped, the device will perform a system-level shutdown.

The 78SR100 is a series of wide input voltage, 3-terminal Integrated Switching Regulators (ISRs). These ISRs have a maximum output current of 1.5A and an output voltage that is laser trimmed to a variety of industry standard voltages. These 78 series regulators have excellent line and load regulation with internal short-circuit and over-temperature protection, are very flexible, and may be used in a wide variety of applications.

CY74FCT163374 and CY74FCT163H374 are 16-bit registers designed for use as buffered registers in high-speed, low power bus applications. They can be used as two independent 8-bit registers or as a single 16-bit register by connecting the output enable (OE) and clock (CLK) inputs. The outputs are 24-mA balanced output drivers with current limiting resistors to reduce the need for external terminating resistors, and provide for minimal undershoot and reduced ground bounce.
