The TLC555 is a monolithic timing circuit fabricated using the TI LinCMOS process. The timer is fully compatible with CMOS, TTL, and MOS logic and operates at frequencies up to 2 MHz. Because of its high input impedance, this device uses smaller timing capacitors than those used by the NE555. As a result, more accurate time delays and oscillations are possible. Power consumption is low across the full range of power supply voltage. Like the NE555, the TLC555 has a trigger level equal to approximately one-third of the supply voltage and a threshold level equal to approximately two-thirds of the supply voltage. These levels can be altered by use of the control voltage terminal (CONT). When the trigger input (TRIG) falls below the trigger level, the flip-flop is set and the output goes high. If TRIG is above the trigger level and the threshold input (THRES) is above the threshold level, the flip-flop is reset and the output goes low.

The TLC272 and TLC277 precision dual operational amplifiers combine a wide range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds approaching those of general-purpose BiFET devices. These devices use Texas Instruments silicon-gate LinCMOS technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding the stability available with conventional metal-gate processes. The extremely high input impedance, low bias currents, and high slew rates make these cost-effective devices ideal for applications previously reserved for BiFET and NFET products.

The TPA112 is a 150mW stereo audio power amplifier from TI, packaged in an 8-pin PowerPAD™ MSOP package, supports 3.3V and 5V power supply, and can output 150mW of continuous RMS power.

The TPA4411 and TPA4411M are stereo headphone drivers designed to allow the removal of the output DC-blocking capacitors for reduced component count and cost. The TPA4411 and TPA4411M are ideal for small portable electronics where size and cost are critical design parameters.

The INA137 and INA2137 are differential line receivers consisting of high performance op amps with on-chip precision resistors. They are fully specified for high performance audio applications and have excellent ac specifications, including low distortion (0.0005% at 1kHz) and high slew rate (14V/µs), assuring good dynamic response. In addition, wide output voltage swing and high output drive capability allow use in a wide variety of demanding applications. The dual version features completely independent circuitry for lowest crosstalk and freedom from interaction, even when overdriven or overloaded. The INA137 and INA2137 on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for accurate gain and optimum common-mode rejection. Furthermore, excellent TCR tracking of the resistors maintains gain accuracy and common-mode rejection over temperature. Operation is guaranteed from ±4V to ±18V (8V to 36V total supply). The INA137 is available in 8-pin DIP and SO-8 surface-mount packages. The INA2137 comes in 14-pin DIP and SO-14 surface-mount packages. Both are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range, –40°C to +85°C.

The PGA2320 is a high-performance, stereo audio volume control designed for professional and high-end consumer audio systems. The ability to operate from ±15V analog power supplies enables the PGA2320 to process input signals with large voltage swings, thereby preserving the dynamic range available in the overall signal path. Using high performance operational amplifier stages internal to the PGA2320 yields low noise and distortion, while providing the capability to drive 600Ω loads directly without buffering. The three-wire serial control interface allows for connection to a wide variety of host controllers, in addition to support for daisy-chaining of multiple PGA2320 devices.

SBOS218A is a high-performance stereo audio volume control designed for professional and high-end consumer audio systems. It features digitally-controlled analog volume control, wide gain and attenuation range, low noise and distortion, zero crossing detection, and mute function.

The TPS5100 is a triple PWM control circuit, primarily designed to compose the power supply for LCD display. Each PWM channel has its own error amplifier, PWM comparator, dead-time control, and output driver. The trimmed voltage reference, oscillator, undervoltage lockout, and short circuit protection are common for all channels. This device includes two boost exclusive circuits (ch1,3) and a buck-boost exclusive circuit (ch2). The operating frequency is set with an external resistor and capacitor, and dead time is continuously adjustable from 0% to 100% duty cycle with a resistive divider network. Soft start function can be implemented by adding a capacitor to the dead time divider network. Two dead time control inputs are assigned for ch1,3 pair and ch2 individually, and each dead time control input can be used to control on/off operation. TPS5100 can operate from a 2.5V supply voltage, and ch1,3 pair and ch2 operate with reverse phase switching.

The DRV603PW is a 3-VRMS pop-free stereo line driver designed to allow the removal of the output dc-blocking capacitors for reduced component count and cost. The device is ideal for single-supply electronics where size and cost are critical design parameters.

DRV601 is a stereo line driver produced by TI. Its feature is that the gain can be set by external resistors and supports a gain range of -1V/V to -10V/V.

INA103 is a low noise, low distortion monolithic instrumentation amplifier from AD. It achieves very wide bandwidth and excellent dynamic response.
