Zetex ZXCT1009 High-Side Current Monitor Datasheet
The ZXCT1009 is a high-side current sense monitor designed to eliminate the need to disrupt ground planes when sensing load currents. It translates a high-side voltage developed across a current shunt resistor into a proportional output current, which can then be scaled by an external resistor into a ground-referenced voltage.
Key features include a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 20V and a minimum operating current of just 4µA, making it suitable for portable battery equipment. The device is available in SOT23 and SM8+ packages.
