VIPer20-E/DIP-E is a monolithic integrated circuit combining a state-of-the-art PWM circuit with a vertical power MOSFET and an integrated start-up supply. It is designed for high-voltage applications up to 620V and with a maximum output current of 0.5A. It is suitable for both wide-range and single-range applications.
