The ULN200xA and ULN200xD1 families are high‑voltage, high‑current Darlington arrays containing seven open‑collector drivers with common emitters. They are suitable for driving loads such as solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal printheads and power buffers, and are compatible with TTL, CMOS, PMOS and DTL logic families.
