The ULN2001A/2002A/2003A/2004A are high voltage, high current darlington arrays each containing seven open collector darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel rated at 500 mA and can withstand peak currents of 600 mA.

The ULN200xA ULN200xD1 is a high voltage, high current darlington array with seven darlington pairs. Each driver has an output current of 500mA (600mA peak) and an output voltage of 50V. It includes integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads. The outputs can be paralleled for higher current. The inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify layout. It is suitable for driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal printheads, and high power buffers.
