STMICROELECTRONICS ULN2003A-ULN2004A ULN2001A-ULN2002A handbook
The ULN2001A, ULN2002A, ULN2003A and ULN2004A are high‑voltage, high‑current Darlington arrays with seven open‑collector drivers per package. Each channel can handle 500 mA continuous (600 mA peak) and includes integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads. The devices are compatible with TTL, CMOS, DTL, PMOS and other common logic families.
