Linear Technology LT1461 Micropower Precision Low Dropout Voltage Reference Datasheet
The LT1461 series provides high‑accuracy, low‑drift voltage references for applications such as A/D and D/A converters, precision regulators, handheld instruments and power supplies. The devices are trimmed to 0.04 % accuracy, feature a low temperature coefficient of 3 ppm/°C, and consume only 50 µA while delivering up to 50 mA output current.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum dropout voltage of 300 mV, an operating temperature range from –40 °C to 125 °C, and selectable output voltages of 2.5 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, 4.096 V and 5 V. Typical performance graphs and package dimensions are provided for design integration.
