The LTC2440 is a 24‑bit delta‑sigma ADC offering up to 3.5 kHz output rate with selectable speed and resolution. It provides low noise (2 µV RMS at 880 Hz) and excellent linearity (0.0005 % INL) while consuming only 30 pA in sleep mode.
The device operates from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply, supports both 3‑wire and 4‑wire digital interfaces, and includes pins for differential analog input, reference, and programmable speed selection. Ten speed/resolution combinations are available, and the part is pin‑compatible with the LTC2410.
