Allegro MicroSystems A1301/A1302 Datasheet
The A1301 and A1302 are continuous-time, ratiometric, linear Hall-effect sensors optimized to provide a voltage output proportional to an applied magnetic field. These devices feature a quiescent output voltage of 50% of the supply voltage and offer two sensitivity options: 2.5 mV/G typical for the A1301 and 1.3 mV/G typical for the A1302.
The sensors are available in two package types: LH, a 3-pin SOT-23W type for surface mount applications, and UA, a 3-pin ultramini SIP for through-hole mounting. Both packages are offered in lead-free versions.
