About this manual

The A1301 and A1302 are continuous‑time, ratiometric, linear Hall‑effect sensors that provide a voltage output proportional to the magnetic field. They feature low‑noise output, fast power‑on time, and a quiescent output voltage equal to 50 % of the supply voltage. Internal gain and offset trimming give high precision across temperature.

These devices are offered in two package types—3‑pin SOT‑23W (LH) for surface‑mount and 3‑pin ultramini SIP (UA) for through‑hole—both lead‑free with matte tin plating. They are suited for position‑sensing applications in industrial environments, operating from –40 °C to 125 °C.

Frequently asked questions

What is the supply voltage range for the A1301/A1302 sensors?

The sensors operate from 4.5 V to 6.0 V supply voltage.

Which package types are available for the A1301 and A1302?

They are offered in a 3‑pin SOT‑23W (LH) surface‑mount package and a 3‑pin ultramini SIP (UA) through‑hole package.

What is the quiescent output voltage characteristic?

In the quiescent state the output voltage is half of the supply voltage (50 %).

What temperature range can the sensors operate in?

The K‑rated devices operate from –40 °C to 125 °C, while the E‑rated devices cover –40 °C to 85 °C.
