The SKY85309-11 is a 2 GHz front-end module designed for high-power 802.11ac applications. It integrates a transmit/receive switch, low-noise amplifier with bypass, and power amplifier. The module includes an integrated power detector and directional coupler for closed-loop power control. It is packaged in a compact 24-pin QFN (3 x 5 mm) for use in PC cards, mini-cards, and wireless video systems.
The device supports transmit gain of 32 dB and receive gain of 12 dB. Output power is +22 dBm at 1.8% EVM or +24 dBm at 3% EVM under specified conditions. It is compliant with RoHS and halogen-free standards, and available with evaluation boards for testing.
