About this manual

The ADAS3023 is a complete 16‑bit successive‑approximation data‑acquisition system. It supports up to eight simultaneous input channels with selectable sampling rates (500 kSPS for 2 channels, 250 kSPS for 4, 167 kSPS for 6, 125 kSPS for 8) and provides programmable gain, high common‑mode rejection and an internal 4.096 V reference.

Typical applications include multi‑channel data acquisition, process control, power‑line monitoring, automated test equipment, patient monitoring and spectrum analysis. The device is supplied in a 40‑pin LFCSP package (6 mm × 6 mm) and operates from –40 °C to +85 °C. This manual is written in Chinese.
