About this manual

The AD5204 and AD5206 are 4‑channel and 6‑channel, 256‑position digital potentiometers that provide SPI‑compatible serial programming. Each channel contains a fixed resistor with a cursor tap that can be positioned linearly via an 8‑bit digital code.

The devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply or a ±2.7 V dual supply, support a wide temperature range, and are offered in several 24‑lead surface‑mount packages (SOIC, TSSOP, PDIP) and a 32‑lead LFCSP for the AD5204.
