The Agilent 7000C GC‑MS/MS user manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, tuning, and shutdown of the instrument.
This manual describes the Agilent 7000C gas chromatography‑tandem mass spectrometer, covering safety notes, required gases, and the basic operating workflow. It includes step‑by‑step procedures for powering on the system, loading the column, and performing self‑checks before analysis.
The guide also explains automatic and manual tuning, sample injection methods, and the proper shutdown sequence. Technical specifications for the GC, MS, and auxiliary components such as the TEKMAR purge trap are listed in the later sections. This manual is written in Chinese.

Open the high‑purity helium and nitrogen gas valves, set the pressures (0.5 MPa for helium, 0.15‑0.75 MPa for nitrogen), power on the computer, then turn on the 7890B GC and 7000C MS power switches and wait for the self‑check to complete.
In the instrument control panel click the tuning icon, select the installed ion source type (EI high‑sensitivity), and press the automatic tuning button; the process takes about 15 minutes.
