This manual provides instructions for using the pAd/CMV/V5-DEST™ and pAd/PL-DEST™ Gateway® destination vectors. These vectors are designed for high-level, transient expression of recombinant fusion proteins in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells when used with the ViraPower™ Adenoviral Expression System. The pAd/CMV/V5-DEST™ vector includes a CMV promoter and a C-terminal V5 epitope, while the pAd/PL-DEST™ vector allows for the use of a promoter of choice.
