Connect the battery to the receiver while holding the button on the receiver to enter [Reg] status, then select [Bind] on the transmitter.
FS mode is the factory default, while HS mode is for digital servos; using HS mode with other servos may cause them to burn out.
Go to the SD CARD menu on the transmitter, select the FW file, press enter, and select [Flash receiver OTA] while the receiver is powered on.
