How do I set the RF power on the R9M 2019?

For Horus Series transmitters, go to RF SYSTEM, choose External RF, select R9M, and choose the desired power level. For Taranis Series, go to MENU-MODEL SETUP-PAGE2, turn off Internal RF, choose External RF MODE-R9M FCC, and select BIND.

How do I perform a range check?

Place the model at least 60cm above non-metal ground, ensure the antenna is vertical, and navigate to the External RF Mode R9M/Range setting on the transmitter.
