The Everlight PD15-22B/TR8 is a high-speed and high-sensitive Silicon PIN photodiode designed in a miniature flat top view lens SMD package. It is spectrally matched to visible and infrared emitting diodes, making it suitable for applications requiring fast response times and small junction capacitance. The device is molded in black plastic and complies with RoHS, EU REACH, and Halogen Free standards.
