The Panasonic WJ-MP204 is a Data Multiplex Unit designed to enable remote control of multiple surveillance cameras. It operates in two primary communication modes: Panasonic Security Data mode when connected with the WV-CU360 System Controller, or Camera Communication mode when connected via RS-485 to devices like the WJ-SX350 Matrix Switcher.

The unit communicates in Panasonic Security Data mode with the WV-CU360 System Controller, or Camera Communication mode with the WJ-SX350 Matrix Switcher via RS-485.
Using up to four Data Multiplex Units in daisy-chain connection allows expansion of the system to include up to 16 cameras.
This button resets the Active Alarm Mode, turning off the Alarm indicator and replacing the 'Alarm' indication on the monitor screen.
