The FDMS3602S is a PowerTrench Power Stage device containing two specialized N-Channel MOSFETs (Q1 and Q2) in a dual PQFN package. The internal connection of the switch node facilitates easy placement and routing for synchronous buck converters, optimizing power efficiency for applications in computing, communications, and server power management.
The device operates and stores within a junction temperature range of -55 to +150 °C.
