About this manual

This document describes the A3280, A3281, and A3283 Hall-effect latches, which are chopper-stabilized, precision sensors designed for operation over extended temperature ranges up to +150°C. The devices are identical except for their magnetic switch points and include an on-board voltage regulator allowing operation with supply voltages from 4.2 to 24 volts. Each device integrates a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-collector output capable of sinking up to 25 mA.
