This document describes the method of analyzing pharmaceuticals in water samples using the Agilent G6410A triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (QQQ) with HPLC/MS/MS. The method was developed following the guidelines of EPA method 1694. Four different chromatographic gradients and LC conditions were used to accommodate the polarity and systematics of various pharmaceuticals. Additionally, analysis using positive and negative ion electrospray was performed for quantification and qualification of each compound.
This document details an analytical method developed using the Agilent 6410A Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (QQQ) to screen and confirm 65 pharmaceuticals in water samples, following EPA Method 1694 guidelines. The method utilizes four different chromatographic gradients and LC conditions based on the polarity and class of the pharmaceuticals, employing both positive and negative ion electrospray ionization (ESI). This manual is written in Japanese.
