A 500mA, 250V fast acting fuse is required, with IDEAL #F-7 Type recommended.
The battery must measure a minimum of 7.5V DC before beginning performance tests.
It is recommended that all Ideal meters undergo the calibration procedure on an annual basis.
Only R47 needs to be adjusted to set the display to 1.900V DC.
