PHILIPS 74HC/HCT366 Hex buffer/line driver; 3-state; inverting handbook

The 74HC/HCT366 is a high-performance Si-gate CMOS device and is pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC/HCT366 are hex inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs. The 3-state outputs (nY) are controlled by the output enable inputs (OE1, OE2). A HIGH on OEn causes the outputs to assume a high impedance OFF-state.

About this manual

The Philips 74HC/HCT366 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device featuring six identical inverting buffer circuits with 3-state outputs. These outputs are controlled by active-low output enable inputs, allowing the device to function as a bus driver. The component is pin-compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL) and complies with JEDEC standard no. 7A.
