The MB89630R series is a general-purpose version of the F2MC*-8L family of proprietary 8-bit single-chip microcontrollers. In addition to a compact instruction set, the microcontrollers contain a variety of peripheral functions such as dual-clock control system, five operating speed control stages, a UART, timers, a PWM timer, a serial interface, an A/D converter, an external interrupt, and a watch prescaler.
The MB89630R series consists of general-purpose, proprietary 8-bit, single-chip microcontrollers developed by Fujitsu Semiconductor. These devices are part of the F2MC*-8L family and feature a compact instruction set optimized for controllers.
Key features include high-speed operation at low voltages with minimum execution times as low as 0.4 µs at 3.5V, dual-clock control systems, five operating speed stages, UART, timers (including PWM), serial interfaces, A/D converters, and external interrupts. The series supports various low-power consumption modes such as Stop, Sleep, Subclock, and Watch modes.
| CPU Core | F2MC-8L family CPU core |
|---|---|
| Minimum execution time (2.7V) | 0.8 µs |
| A/D Converter Resolution | 10-bit |
| RAM Size (MB89635R) | 512 x 8 bits |
| Interrupt Channels | 4 independent channels |
The series supports Stop mode, Sleep mode, Subclock mode, and Watch mode.
Four channels are independent and capable of wake-up from low-power consumption modes
