This document introduces Fujitsu Semiconductor's Multi-Chip Package (MCP) flash memory and static RAM products. The flash memory has a power supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.3V, a maximum access time of 90ns, supports simultaneous read/write operations, and can perform up to 100,000 write/erase cycles. The static RAM has a maximum access time of 85ns and supports sector erase and full chip erase for different capacities.
