This document describes the features and characteristics of the Fujitsu MB4072 High-Speed Digital to Analog Converter IC. The MB4072 provides high impedance open-collector current outputs, which can be used for voltage output with a load or current to voltage converter in various applications with operational amplifiers, microcomputers, etc. The threshold level of digital inputs can be varied with the level control input to accommodate various interface levels. Additionally, the MB4072 features fast settling time, low linearity error, adjustable threshold level, and a wide supply voltage range.
