This document provides safety precautions for using HD404812
The HD404818 Series of 4-bit single-chip HMCS400 series microcomputers provide high program productivity. The series incorporates a large size memory, LCD controller/driver, voltage comparator, and a 32-kHz watch oscillator circuit.
These devices are available in both standard voltage versions (operating at 4.0 V to 6.0 V for mask ROM or 4.0 V to 5.5 V for PROM) and low voltage versions (operating at 2.7 V to 6.0 V). The HD404818 specifically features an 8,192-word x 10-bit ROM and 1,184-digit x 4-bit RAM.
