Technical specifications for Renesas R3111x low‑voltage detector ICs, including features, electrical characteristics and package options.
The R3111x series are CMOS‑based low‑voltage detector ICs with high threshold accuracy and ultra‑low supply current. They integrate a voltage reference, comparator, resistor network for threshold setting, an output driver and a hysteresis circuit. The detector threshold is fixed internally and does not require external adjustment.
Three output configurations are offered (N‑channel open‑drain “L”, N‑channel open‑drain “H”, and CMOS) and the devices are available in seven package types, ranging from TO‑92 to SON1612‑6. The series operates from 0.7 V up to 10 V and is suitable for applications such as CPU reset, battery checking, window comparators and power‑failure detection.
