The FUJITSU MB90440G series is a line of general-purpose 16-bit microcontrollers specially designed for automotive and industrial applications. It features three CAN interfaces that support very flexible message buffering. The series inherits the AT architecture of the F2MC family and includes additional instructions for high-level languages, extended addressing modes, enhanced multiplication and division instructions, and improved bit manipulation instructions. Additionally, the MB90440G series has a 32-bit accumulator for processing long-word data. Integrated peripheral resources include an 8/10-bit A/D converter, UARTs (SCI), I/O extended serial interface, 8/16-bit PPG timer, and input/output timer.
