About this manual

The document describes the PS301/PS302/PS303 family of improved high-precision, medium-voltage analog switches designed for single-supply operation. The PS301 is a normally open (NO) switch, while the PS302 is a normally closed (NC) switch with the same pinout. The PS303 combines one NO and one NC switch per package.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between PS301 and PS302?

The PS301 is a normally open (NO) switch, while the PS302 has the same pinout but is a normally closed (NC) switch.

Does the PS303 offer protection against crosstalk?

Yes, the PS303 guarantees a break-before-make action that eliminates momentary crosstalk.

What is the maximum on-resistance match between channels?

The on-resistance matching between channels is within 2 ohm.
