ST300S Series 1 is a 300A phase control thyristor with a center amplifying gate, ceramic insulator metal case, international standard case TO-209AE (TO-118), UNF 3/4-16UNF2A or ISO M24x1.5 threaded studs, for heavy-duty operations such as severe thermal cycling. Typical applications include DC motor controls, controlled DC power supplies, AC controllers.
