SmartBoard ™ Workflow Suite is an easy-to-use PDF workflow management software manufactured by NexPress. It supports multiple formats of input files, can quickly convert files to PDF format, and perform editing, preview, modification and proofing operations on PDF files.
SmartBoard is a front‑end software built on Adobe Acrobat that uses PDF workflow to edit, manage, store and move documents efficiently. It supports a wide range of input sources—including scanned originals, electronic files on disk or CD, and network locations—and integrates with Microsoft Office, QuarkXPress, PostScript Level 3, TIFF and JPEG.
The suite includes Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional, Quite Imposing Plus, and StampPDF plug‑ins, and provides features such as page‑level editing, watermarking, job‑ticket templates, and TWAIN‑compliant scanner support. System requirements are modest, making it suitable for typical office hardware.
